It was like the Hilton Hotel. Everyone polite kind and caring. Comfortable - perhaps not the champagne, but good meals. Didn't feel scratch pain, all done professionally. Wonderful care, like a mini break all for free. Can't speak more highly about my care. I think nothing can be improved, seemed to run like clockwork using my first name made me feel an individual - part of family - not just a number! Thank you for my excellent care.
